Sampson Could Be Fired By the Time You Wake Up Tomorrow
Sorry I didn’t come at this with you sooner, but I hit dreadful traffic this morning.
This is all from the fantastic The Big Lead, which sites a source as saying that Kelvin Sampson could be axed from IU as early as Friday.
It seems to be the right move, and I’ve already given you the only proper successor, so Indiana should really just move on and try and head into The Tournament with a new coach. It could enable them to have some sort of shot at respect as Flash Gordon and D.J. White try and to get this team to a Final Four before they’re gone and this program falls back into mediocrity.

you won’t see anything happen until he goes to court in June because otherwise it will be wrongful termination which is what happened with the Jim O’Brien deal but we all know this guy is guilty as charged.
