Kevin Stallings, Decider Of Tonight’s UT/Vandy Game
Whoops. That’s not Kevin Stallings—That’s Kevin from “The Office.” Still, they’re both bald and quite cerebral.
Anyway, Tennessee travels to Vanderbilt tonight, and it seems as though many are predicting a letdown from the Vols, coming off the heels of that great win on the road against Memphis on Saturday night.
Kevin Stallings is one of those coaches that is slowly developing a better national profile as his Vanderbilt teams continue to rise up. I guess I buy it, but isn’t the mark of a good coach the road record he produces? Vanderbilt is a measly 4-4 away from the friendly confines this year.
But rest assured: We will hear plenty of how smart this Stallings guy is in the next month.
The Vols put an 80-60 whooping on Vandy over a month ago in Knoxville, but tonight we get the pleasure of watching the game from that opera house/basketball arena that they do things in down in Nashville.
It’s the public school (Tennessee) vs. the private. That always helps to stir things up. ESPN @ 9.
Kevin: It is so important that you all come and applaud only for my band: Scrantonicity 2. Not Scrantonicity, which I am no longer a part of.

Not the most flattering picture. But his eyes look a little wider than usual.
