Some could say Bob Knight’s just funnier and more laid back in his old age. I don’t. No, I think he’s pretty much up for whatever money and airtime he can get, so why not completely sell out and remind everyone of what you’re really known for, Bob?
Seriously … you just threw … a chair. And not just any chair, but the type of chair that you find in any girls’ dorm room suite. (Those things are not comfortable.) This man clearly deserves your respect.
(Hat tip, per usual, Awful Announcing)

Why don’t you check Knights total salary paid at TT and also check at IU to see if he used his TV and Shoe money for his asst coaches and what was left over went to the Library (over $7,000,00.00 for the library). He also funded and continues to fund the first Russian Studies Program (and chair) at Indiana University. Also at IU he taught two classes (Military History and coaching) for free – and the only coach in D1 at the time to also teach. Now Mike K does but is paid for his services, somewhat like the money made from all his (Mike K) commercials…….I’d be willing to bet that the Proceeds from this commercial are going to charity or a school.
You seem a bit bitter…lighten up, lifes not that bad and its only sports……

You should probably lighten up yourself before you admonish someone else to do the same. You should also try throwing some punctuation in next time for good measure. Makes your rants easier to read.
What Bobby does with the money, as you point out in your comment, is immaterial to the focus of the post – that he’s a shill for just about any product or service that comes along with a big enough check.
And what he does with the money also doesn’t change the fact that the ad still sucks. Not. Funny.

You are right, my punctuation stinks. Grab a Websters and look the definition of “any” or even “several” – because you got the guy wrong. Again, lighten up smails (“looks good on you, though”). The ad is funny, ask Ty Webb………….
