I don’t want to divulge into too much Tournament talk yet (I enjoy me some regular season. Big time), but give it a read, see how you feel about including every single team from Division I into The Tournament. How many teams are in Division I? I don’t know … are we up to 350 yet? Somebody stop this. It’s like the universe: It seems Division I never stops expanding.
But the primary reason, of course, that The Tournament will never include everyone: The regular season would truly be meaningless. You already have too many people who don’t pay attention until March now because they deem November-February moot.
