But they’re going to do it anyway.
It’s UNC-Michigan State in the ACC-Big Ten Challenge’s marquee matchup of 2008. Will be interesting to see how UNC reacts (the last time they played in this kind of environment was about seven games ago: the Final Four), and if Michigan State can hang without Goran Suton in the lineup. Ford Field, and all domes, SHOULD NOT BE VENUES FOR COLLEGE BASKETBALL. Where’s the intimacy? Think UNC will feel the wrath of the Izzone tonight? It’s too corporate, too air conditioned and, most of all, too freaking big. I’ll be half expecting Billy Packer to come out of nowhere tonight.
Only Syracuse is allowed to play in a dome; it makes it unique.
The two conferences are tied after two days, but that will certainly be ending tonight. Can the Big Ten take one game? If so, it would probably be this one.

I was worried for a sec… but you saved it
And it was a BLOWOUT!
