A few weeks ago, I applied to be the editor of the Yahoo! Sports blog, The Dagger. I did not get that job. However, I did, somehow, convince the editors to allow me to be a second-in-command, so to speak. The man they hired won’t be starting for a few weeks, so I’ll be the one putting up four, five posts per day until he begins.
I’m proud to be a part of that team, albeit in a part-time role.
Here’s where the blog is located. I hope you can make time to read me both here and there. While CHJ will focus more on the minutiae and hardcore hoops news, The Dagger is the surface news in college basketball.
A few points:
—I will not be moving any features from CHJ over to The Dagger. Everything unique to this site stays here.
—I will not be lacking on posts/content here at CHJ because of my new duties. All this means is that I’ll sleep less. That’s fine. I only need four hours, anyway.
—I will not cross over any content, either. What I write for CHJ, stays at CHJ.
So, yeah, that’s about it. I know the site’s only got a few commenters, but the stats show readership has steadily climbed in the past two months. If you’re out there, reading, don’t be afraid to chime in. And thanks for coming back. Now, to get the ads back on this site and really start trying to make that straight cash, homey!

Good stuff!! Congrats!
Really good site here. Keep up the good work. Congrats.
Thanks, fellas. Much appreciated.
